For transporting people to field trips, off-campus events, or on campus, there are a few options:

2-12 Passengers

Rent a vehicle from Fleet Services. Rates vary by vehicle from $50-$94 per day.

Over 12 Passengers

Reserve a UCSC Bus and Driver using the form below.

Reservation Fees

The following shuttle reservation fees all require a consecutive 4-hour minimum.

UCSC Departments/Units

Driver: $65/hour
Driver with Bus: $140/hour

Non-UCSC Requests

Driver: $165/hour
Driver with Bus: $330/hour

Reservations canceled with less than 24 hours notice will incur full fees.

Reservation Eligibility

• All requests for charter service must be made 30 days in advance.
• All charter requests must be made or sponsored by a UC Santa Cruz department.  
• No service to San Francisco Airport
